Publish where the buyers actually read

Trading Technology is read by the people choosing a trading platform, buying a white-label stack or picking a liquidity provider, plus the prop-firm operators, brokers and funded traders around them. If you sell platforms, trading software, infrastructure or funded accounts, this is the audience. Releases go live within one business day, on a permanent URL, clearly labelled as paid.

Audience figures are not published here. The newsroom relaunched in October 2026 and will publish its first measured quarter rather than an estimate; the analytics export is available on request with any rate enquiry.

Where they are

Roughly half the audience sits in Europe, with the United Kingdom, Spain and Germany the three largest single markets; North America is the fastest-growing, driven by the Futures section. The Spanish-language archive continues to bring in Spain and Latin America on the original guide URLs.

Placements can run across the whole site or be scoped to a single section. Scoped runs cost less and convert better, a white-label integration announcement in front of Platforms and Providers beats the same release shown to everyone.

Full geography and device breakdown is in the media kit (PDF, on request).

What happens after you submit

Submit

Send the release, the target URL and the section you want it in. A draft is fine, we will tell you what needs to change before it can run.

Standards check

We read it against the list below. This is a compliance check on the copy, not an endorsement of the company or its claims.

Schedule

You get the publish slot and the final URL before anything goes live, so an embargo or a coordinated launch still works.

Publish

Live on a permanent URL with the paid label, indexed, and listed in Press Releases. No expiry, no takedown after the campaign.

Editorial standards

Applies to every paid placement

What we publish

  • Platform and software releases, new modules, APIs, integrations, version notes
  • Provider announcements, liquidity, white-label, data feeds, payment rails, hosting
  • Company news, funding rounds, licences, entity and jurisdiction changes
  • Payout policy and rulebook changes, stated plainly
  • Leadership appointments, partnerships and event announcements
  • Original data or research your company has actually produced

What we will not publish, at any price

  • Guaranteed, implied or backtested returns presented as expected outcomes
  • "Risk-free", "no-loss" or similar framing of an evaluation product
  • Copy designed to read as newsroom coverage, or carrying a staff byline
  • Claims about a named competitor that we cannot substantiate
  • Promotion aimed at jurisdictions where you are not permitted to solicit
  • Link insertions into existing editorial articles, we do not sell them

Advertising disclosure

Paid placements carry a "Press release" or "Sponsored feature" label at the top of the page, sit on a visually distinct background, and open with a disclosure naming the company that paid. Outbound links carry rel="sponsored".

Paid items never appear in the Latest column, never carry a staff byline, and are excluded from the Platform Directory and the Prop Firm Index. No advertiser sees editorial copy before publication, and no advertiser can influence a directory entry, an index score, an ordering or a removal.

Corrections

Factual errors in editorial work are corrected in place with a dated note at the foot of the article. We do not silently edit published claims.

For paid placements, the company that supplied the copy is responsible for its accuracy. We will append a correction on request from the submitting company, or remove a release entirely if a regulator requires it.

Submit a release

Concept form, not wired to a handler. On the live site this posts to the sales desk and you get a standards response within four business hours. Or write to [email protected].

Questions

Are the links dofollow?

No. Every link in a paid placement carries rel="sponsored", which is what Google's own guidelines require. Sites that sell dofollow links in sponsored content lose the ranking they were selling, and take the buyer's page down with them. The value here is placement in front of a buying audience on a permanent, indexed URL, not a link signal we would have to hide.

Do you write the release for us?

On the Press Release tier we publish your copy after a standards check and light copy-edit. On the Sponsored Feature tier our editors write it from your brief, with your sign-off before it goes live.

Can we buy a place in the Platform Directory or the Prop Firm Index?

No, and this is the one thing we will not negotiate. Nobody can pay to be listed, removed, moved up, or to change how a capability or a term is described. Directory entries come from each vendor's published documentation and are re-checked quarterly; index entries come from each firm's published rulebook and are re-checked weekly. If either were purchasable it would be worthless to the readers who make it worth advertising against.

We make a platform. Can we get reviewed?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Send documentation and demo access and we will add or update your directory entry, and schedule a review when the section calendar allows. Review outcomes are not for sale and we will not show you the copy before it runs, but a wrong or out-of-date directory entry is a bug and we will fix it the same week.

What languages do you accept?

English and Spanish. Spanish releases run on the Spanish archive with an English summary linked from the relevant section.

Will the release be removed later?

Not by us. URLs are permanent. We will append a correction at the submitting company's request, and will remove an item if a regulator requires it.

How do you invoice?

Single releases are paid before publication by bank transfer or card. Agencies and partnership clients placing four or more items a quarter are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms.
