What an operations team should check
The account describes an awards event and expansion plans, but does not identify any platform changes, integrations or service commitments. If recognition is being used in a vendor assessment, teams should establish which service or capability was recognised and what evidence supports any associated claims.
The report does not name the winners or set out award categories or judging criteria. Before using the results in procurement, risk or client-facing material, operations teams should confirm those details and check whether any relevant vendor claims require technical or compliance review.
