FX Back Office has connected Fintake's Helio trading platform to its broker CRM and back-office environment. The companies said brokers can use the trading and administrative systems together.

Helio joins broker operating systems

The integration brings Helio into the set of systems available through FXBO, which supplies CRM and back-office technology to forex brokers. FXBO CEO Dmitriy Petrenko said the link would let clients add Helio to the tools they already use.

Helio combines direct liquidity routing with a trading server and an administration console. Brokers can also use its white-label web and mobile interfaces.

Fintake says the platform runs on cloud infrastructure, with several environments operating concurrently under an active-active design. The company says this is intended to maintain service if one environment encounters a problem.

Separate links extend platform reach

Helio also connects with Centroid Solutions. That link lets brokers use Centroid's bridge for market data and trade execution over the Financial Information eXchange protocol. Fintake has separately confirmed that it built and tested a TradingView connection for a broker using both platforms. Earlier reporting did not confirm whether that broker went live. The FXBO integration was reported by Finance Magnates on 21 October 2026.

Fintake founder and CEO Ahmad Said said brokers could offer Helio under their own brands while linking it to back-office systems. The firms described the FXBO connection as a way to reduce the work involved in deploying and joining separate technologies.

They did not say how many brokers might adopt it or name any current users. Further integrations and joint initiatives are planned, but details and timing were not supplied.

Where this lands in the stack

The announcement confirms a connection between the trading platform and back-office stack, but does not explain which records or events move between them. Before planning a rollout, operators should ask which account, trade and customer data are exchanged, how updates are reconciled, and which system owns each operational state.

Fintake's description of Helio's active-active design does not specify how it applies to an individual broker deployment. Teams should clarify what monitoring, incident handling and recovery processes the integration requires, and who is responsible if a connection or environment becomes unavailable. No client deployment or implementation timetable has been identified.
