A public view of payouts
Goat Funded Trader (GFT) made its payout and trading figures public on 20 October 2026, reporting $26.16 million paid to 22,279 traders. It also added QR codes so certificate recipients can have their documents checked. The company says another $3.17 million was paid before its current tracking system began, and is not included in the published total.
Published payout totals are often self-reported. FundedNext said in September that its cumulative figure had exceeded $350 million, without an audit. Hola Prime brought in Deloitte to examine payouts from October 2025 to March 2026; it said 98.35% of withdrawals in that period were completed within an hour. FundedNext has also said Deloitte is reviewing its payout data, but has not specified the review's scope. FTMO puts lifetime payments above $650 million and has not released audited breakdowns.
What the counters include
GFT's dashboard shows 43,883 rewards, with $40,152 as the largest and 62.9 hours as the median clearance time. It records 1.2 million sign-ups, 594,997 people who have bought a paid challenge and 28,859 funded accounts live early on 21 October 2026. GFT reported more than $7 million in payouts in January 2025, during a move of its operations to Hong Kong.
Instant-funding accounts, which bypass evaluation, account for $5.01 billion of the $6.75 billion in notional capital GFT says it has allocated. That capital is simulated, and GFT's disclaimer calls the accounts demo accounts. Across 108.5 million positions, the dashboard records a $1.57 billion net loss: simulated losses total $7.97 billion, compared with $6.4 billion in simulated profits.
Gold represented 69.2% of paid-account trades over the preceding 30 days. Some prop firms have stopped allowing gold after rising prices put pressure on payout structures.
Comparisons need careful reading
Third-party measures cover different parts of the market. Prop Firm Match put 2025 payouts at about $325 million using figures supplied by firms, while Payout Junction counts only blockchain-settled payments. The dashboard republishes Payout Junction's 30-day table. On Tuesday, 20 October 2026, it ranked GFT fourth at $1.59 million in on-chain payouts, behind FundedNext at $18 million, The5ers at $3.64 million and FundingPips at $3.02 million. Bank and card payments are absent from that count. FM Intelligence data put on-chain payouts from the 10 largest prop firms at $115 million in Q1 2026. GFT's dashboard data and tracking claims were reported by Finance Magnates.
The 22,279 traders shown as rewarded amount to about 3.7% of the 594,997 people who paid for a challenge; that calculation excludes traders paid before the current tracking system began. FPFX Tech reported about 7% reaching a payout across 10 prop firms in 2024, using a different measure. GFT's total divided by its reward count works out to about $596 each, while a banner on the dashboard gives an average reward of $2,180. Paid challenges closed in the 90 days before publication lasted a median 17.2 days before passing, failing or expiring. GFT said Clarity cards would go live on Wednesday, 21 October 2026.
What this means on the desk
Operators assessing the figures should establish which payment rails and date ranges feed each dashboard metric. The on-chain ranking excludes bank and card payments, and GFT excludes payouts made before its current tracking began. Ask how those totals are reconciled with internal payment records, and whether QR certificate checks expose the same status and history that the dashboard counts.
The reward figures also warrant a definition check: the dashboard's total and reward count imply about $596 per reward, but its banner gives $2,180 as the average. Confirm whether the measures use different populations or calculation windows. For risk and reporting teams, the distinction between simulated notional capital, demo accounts and cash payouts should be explicit in any downstream reporting or customer-facing interface.
