IC expands its senior leadership

Josh Fieldhouse posted on LinkedIn on Monday, 2 November 2026, that he had joined IC as Global Head of Sales & Partnerships. The company has also named Jaser Mahmoud Chief Technology Officer.

Mahmoud is to direct technology planning and work on IC's foundational systems. Petros Kalaitzis has taken the General Manager role for the firm's prop trading division.

Fieldhouse's previous roles

At M4Markets, Fieldhouse led partnerships globally from September 2024 to October 2025, a period of just over a year. Before that, he spent around a year and five months at Trade Nation in Global Partnership Sales.

His time at INFINOX Global lasted nearly three years. He first led UK Retention and Conversion for just over a year, then served around a year and a half as Global Head of Conversion. Earlier, he spent more than two years at ETX Capital as a Financial Sales Executive.

IC adds sports partnerships

IC has also entered a multi-year agreement with MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, becoming its official forex trading partner, with IC branding placed in multiple locations on the car. The deal came alongside the company's shift from IC Markets to IC. Australian tennis player Alexei Popyrin joined as a sponsored athlete ahead of the 2026 tennis season. Finance Magnates also reported the appointments and sponsorships.

What this means on the desk

The appointments identify new leadership across sales and partnerships, technology, and the prop trading division. They do not specify any platform migration, system integration, product change or delivery timetable. Trading operations teams will need to establish whether Mahmoud's remit changes system ownership or technology priorities, and whether the sales and partnerships role brings any new operational workflows.

For the Haas and Popyrin agreements, the announcement does not describe how sponsorship activity will be reflected in client reporting or internal processes. Operators should ask which teams own those workflows, what information must be reconciled, and whether any changes to systems or controls are planned. The company has not provided further implementation details.
