CFI has connected its TradeWise scoring tool to Kaiana, while DXtrade now supports Notofin as an optional behavioural-analysis module for brokers. Both products use information about clients' trading activity to add context to account results, rather than focusing only on market conditions.
CFI brings scores into chat
TradeWise reviews patterns in a client's previous activity and produces a Trading Behaviour Score. Through Kaiana, clients can ask what influenced that score or how their trading habits shifted over time. The conversational layer is intended to make past decisions easier to review.
The feature is available in the current versions of CFI's iOS and Android app, depending on availability in each market. Ziad Melhem, CEO of CFI Financial Group, had previously said in an August interview with Finance Middle East that TradeWise was part of the broker's AI ecosystem.
DXtrade adds an optional module
DXtrade's integration gives brokers that license the platform the choice of offering Notofin to clients. The external service imports trading activity and brings it together with information traders add themselves, such as journal notes, screenshots, execution circumstances and emotions linked to decisions.
Notofin's analysis is designed to surface repeated strengths, mistakes and instances where activity departs from a trading plan. Traders can also examine consistency in areas including risk discipline, timing and following a strategy. Kaloyan Ivanov, Co-CEO of Notofin, said the work with Devexperts adds a behavioural layer to the DXtrade ecosystem.
Scoring methods remain unclear
Neither announcement supplies evidence that this kind of feedback improves trading performance. CFI has not disclosed how TradeWise calculates its score, so clients cannot independently reproduce or assess the result.
Notofin describes the information it uses, but some interpretations rely on traders recording their emotions and decision-making context consistently and accurately. Its AI-assisted observations should not be treated as an objective measure of trading skill. The Finance Magnates report also noted that the two launches leave that effectiveness question unanswered.
What to watch next
For brokers, the operational checks are about data flows and client expectations. What account activity is imported, what information do clients supply, and how are the resulting insights presented? Teams should also establish how they will explain a score when a client asks what drove a change.
CFI's market-by-market availability and its undisclosed scoring method are points to clarify before support teams handle questions about results. DXtrade brokers considering Notofin should check what clients need to record for the analysis to be useful, and how the service fits their existing client-data and support processes.
